Charlie is a proud band member of Fort McKay First Nation. He was born in Fort McMurray and raised in Fort McKay. After he completed his Aircraft Maintenance diploma at Canadore College in 2007 and obtained his Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License in 2009, he decided to pursue his pilot dream. Charlie then graduated from The University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor of Business Administration Aviation Honour Degree and trained as both an airplane and helicopter commercial pilot. He aims to combine his 20 years of global aviation experience with his entrepreneurial spirit to elevate the community and aviate over traditional land. Charles hopes he can lead a professional team to serve the community and bring more Aboriginal people into the aviation industry.
Qining(Jasmine) L'Hommecourt

Jasmine started her aviation journey in 2014 with a Business Administration Diploma in Aviation at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) and Coastal Pacific Aviation (CPA). As the first female Chinese student to obtain a Canadian Private Pilot License at CPA, she also wants to develop a professional career in business. "I have a passion for both Aviation and Commerce and I always wanted to become an entrepreneur who can aggregate all aspects of business to create something unique and innovative in the industry." She then completed the Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary in 2023 with a focus on Aboriginal studies, Law and International strategies. Currently, Jasmine is also working as an AME apprentice in the company.
